| Friendly village Freehouse set in 5 acres in
the heart of Hardy country. Area popular with hunting, shooting,
fishing and rambling folk. The Pub is situated in this pretty
village and can boast a Church, Post Office/General Store and
a very good Primary School. There are some 600 inhabitants in
the Parish which covers a 5 mile radius. The
village holds an Annual Fete on August Bank Holiday Monday
in the beautiful grounds of Buckland Newton Place, which attracts
